I love watching the show America's Got Talent. Some of those acts are just amazing. I have a talent that I think is unique, although my family (especially Doug) gets annoyed when I demonstrate it. I can burp. Yes I can! I can burp the A,B,C's. I can burp a simple song. I can burp. I know this is not a "lady like" talent, but it is a talent none the less.
I remember discoverying my talent when I was little and I burped at the dinner table. My Dad sat across the table from me and I remember asking him to pass me the butter and burping at the same time. He just kind of froze in place, staring at me and then a huge grin appeared on his face and then he laughed. And he laughed and laughed. I remember after he found his composure, wiped the tears that had appeared on his face from laughing so hard, he simply stated, "That was amazing!" I knew instantly that I had possibly discovered a hidden talent. I had made my Dad laugh and use the word "amazing", all at the same time. Apparently I was right. Burping is a talent - watch this video.

I don't need a "fizzy drink" - I can just burp. But I'm sure I can't burp as loud as this man. Now that's a talent!

Wow A. Lori - I had no idea your talents went beyond crafts and a no fear of bugs. :o) You'll have to demonstrate and the next family party.
I would have said your talent was coupon clipping, but I guess this works too! Can't wait to hear it!!!....or can I?
Burping is definitely a talent...I have that one too...AND I can touch my nose with my tongue!
