Lean Cuisine

No pictures for this post. Trust me, it isn't going to be exciting. I came home for lunch and thought I should update my post on my sweet missionary (which I plan on doing, but probably tonight). I looked around the kitchen for a morsal of food and of course all I have is Lean Cuisines. I believe it was Saturday that I talked to my brain, which talked to my inner being that I needed to once again get a firm hold on my weight situation. I do that every once in while. The problem is that when my brain and my body are actually talking to each other they have these far fetch conversations with each other. It really is amusing to listen to myself. I get excited about watching what I eat and decide that I am going to really be good about what I eat - then reality sits in (usually on Monday afternoon) and I want a large Coke in Sonic ice, something fried or gooey and any chance of a diet is slowly postponed to the next week.

Now I realize I'm not fat, but I am finding that some clothes are starting to feel tight and I am worried that the stress I am putting on some of the buttons on my clothing could actually hurt someone if they pop off and hit an innocent soul. We're talking tight people. So here I am eating a Lean Cuisine Seasame Chicken and wondering if this is going to keep me alive today. I realize that it is Thursday and I have been able to keep my brain and body in sweet communication for five days!!!

I might just have to eat an Oreo just so that I have the strength to type my next post.

My brain and body have been talking to each other for months now. Someone's not listening!
